RS No.9, the official apparel store of The Rolling Stones, will be opening in Japan. The second such store in the world, following the opening of the first in London’s Carnaby Street, will open in Tokyo’s Harajuku on October 20, stocking a full range of exclusive RS No.9 products.
RS No.9 is the official flagship store of The Rolling Stones, which opened in September 2020 at Carnaby Street in London’s Soho district as ‘RS No.9 Carnaby’, and will now open its second store in Harajuku, Tokyo. This project is the first event of the brand-new Universal Music Store Harajuku, which will open at the same time.
In addition to general artist concept stores, RS No.9 will be a fully-fledged clothing store. The items range from embroidered and vintage processed items, T-shirts to jackets, expressing the artist view of The Rolling Stones and incorporating many elements of fashion trends. The store has a wide range of products available in London, including hats, socks, umbrellas, bandanas and more. The store also sells original Japanese products that are sold exclusively there.
The store launch will be in conjunction with the release of “Hackney Diamonds”, The Rolling Stones’ first new studio album in 18 years, which will be available on the same day. Pre-order “Hackney Diamonds” here.
